McLeay Valley Community Art Gallery – Gladstone

We have another great group outing planned to the beautiful town of Gladstone, approximately an hour north of Port. Follow this link for a map and gallery info. https://www.mvcartgallery.org

Denise McDermott and Mike Kane, two local photographers, whom some of our members know or have met at the Gallery before,  are exhibiting their photographic art together again after a successful exhibition in 2021.

While both photographers are accomplished in photographing traditional subjects like landscapes and portraits they are taking their work further. Instead of photographs of the real world, you will see flights of fancy and landscapes of imagination. Both Denise and Mike draw their inspiration from their imagination and from legends and folklore.
